Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Modify and optimize existing WordPress themes and plugins to improve performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new website features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress development.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of custom plugin development.
- Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of WordPress core architecture, including hooks, filters, and APIs.
- Ability to modify and extend third-party plugins and themes as needed.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including automated testing, deployment, and version control.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting and debugging code.
- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
