The Technology Alliance Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Sitecore's technology partnerships in the Digital Experience space. Joining a close-knit team with great energy, this role involves working closely with ISV partners to ensure successful collaborations that drive mutual growth and innovation while extending the business value of Sitecore’s products.
What You’ll Do:
- Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners, and act as the liaison for onboarding and recruitment of new ISV’s.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans to grow and enhance the value Sitecore customers receive from joint solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with partner goals and initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, including key metrics and KPIs including referral fees, program fees and deal attribution.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate new and updated partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector, preferably in Saa
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Understanding of partnerships and how to create win-win scenarios
- Self-motivated, proactive and passionate
- Emotionally intelligent, curious and interested in contributing to a team
- Comfortable asking questions and managing changing priorities throughout the year
- Knowledge of the digital experience and marketing technology landscape
