We are seeking a motivated early career sales professional with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our growing Business Development Representative team! As a member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in helping define our outbound sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue while having fun doing it! This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of professional experience. While prior BDR experience is not required, candidates should have a background in customer-facing roles and a passion for building relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
What you will be doing
- Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach efforts, including calls, emails, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales automation platforms to track and optimize outreach efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics and goals.
What we will require of you
- 1 years of professional experience (outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS is preferred but not required).
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in the Martech industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $52,700 to $84,000 based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $54,000.
