The Sr. Data & Analytics Manager will lead a growing team, enabling insights that support business initiatives and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, along with hands-on experience in modern data platforms. They will champion the adoption of data governance, automation, and advanced analytics across the business, identifying trends and supporting data-driven decisions.
This role will be pivotal in the continuous improvement of our current Business Intelligence solutions, currently utilizing MS SQL Server and Power BI, while also leading the transition to a future Enterprise Data Warehouse platform, leveraging Azure. The candidate will be hands-on, supporting day-to-day deliverables and driving the vision for the new platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization and supports scalable, efficient data operations and integrations.
What you will be doing
- Project Initiation / Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders globally.
- Gather and document both technical and non-technical requirements.
- Present plans, progress, and deliverables to C-suite executives, board members, and external partners.
- Transform requirements into agile projects that deliver measurable benefits quickly.
- Balance short-term ad-hoc / support requests with long-term strategic projects.
- Advocate for data governance, data security, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Drive initiatives to improve data quality, resulting in downstream benefits.
- Identify and suggest actions to address operational inefficiencies.
- Data & Analytics Leadership
- Assess the current data and analytics landscape within the business.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data for improved business performance and customer experience.
- Analyze raw data and source system data models.
- Establish quality assurance processes to identify and resolve data issues at their source.
- Design and structure dashboards, reports, and KPIs for ease of use and navigation.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports to meet business needs and support decision-making.
- Monitor and enhance user adoption of data deliverables.
- Ensure proper governance of code (version control) and data (visibility of sensitive data, GDPR compliance).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries and data models.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of the enterprise data warehouse solution on Azure.
- Partnering with our security teams to implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Team Leadership

The annual salary for this position ranges from $149,734 to $217,488, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $183,611.
