Technical Support Representative (Onsite)

Location Requirements: This is an on-site position. Must reside within 30 miles of our Langhorne, PA location (800 Town Center Drive, Langhorne, PA 19047).

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Qualifications:
  • You are 18 years of age
  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • You can pass a criminal background check
  • You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
  • You work well with a team or independently
Core Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Multitask and navigate through multiple systems
