Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, cultivate strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities to grow sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers with their questions and needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
- Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working
- Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks
