- History of conducting business studies on past, future and comparative performance to develop forecast models and identify trends to advise the leadership with recommendations and actions
- Ability to present data to the Executive level team
- Able to consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement, forecasts, etc.)
- Can assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reporting of financial status and risks
- Able to track and determine financial status by analyzing results in comparison with forecasts
- Able to reconcile transactions by comparing data
- Reconcile customer license entitlement and order management
- Background in assisting with quota setting and commission calculations for payouts
- Proficient with Excel and basic formulas and functionality
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Have full understanding of the Sitetracker financial model
- Be able to consolidate financial data, i.e. P&L’s
- Gain an understanding of our systems and tools
- Reconcile customer license entitlement and place license order or reductions
- Manage allocation process that affect gross margins
- Calculate partner commissions and payouts
- Validate accuracy of our data, OpEx, COGS and Bookings
- Have engaged and reviewed current processes and best practices
- Coordinate with other departments and team to gather data for calculations and modeling
- Provide business critical reporting
- Present financial results and forecasts to executive level leadership
- Understand the companies financial models and go to market strategies
- Build and provide financials that will be presented to board and stakeholders
- Start managing KPIs and building analytics around gross margins
- Contribute to finance playbook with internal workflows and documentation
- Understand business well enough to build new and meaningful metrics and analytics
- Participate in planning
- Design efficiency evaluations for current practices and systems
