This role will also analyze and document both current and future business processes. This role will not have any direct reports.Essential Job Functions : Conduct interviews to gather user requirementsTrack day to day requests and completes requests within established time framesCreate process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and / or the project teamEffectively communicate (both verbally and through written documentation) with stakeholders to ensure that issues and solutions are understoodIn conjunction with Project Management team, act as a point of contact for testing and documenting software upgradesParticipate in the QA of solutions / software releases to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized for business acceptanceAct as a support resource to project team(s) to ensure tight integration between business processes and technologyWork collaboratively with various departments to find and implement system solutionsTakes initiative and undertakes self-development activitiesAbility to follow instructions and responds to management directionOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications / Requirements : Associate degree; Preferred Field of Study : real estate, finance / accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6 years of industry and / or relevant experience, typically with 1 years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis to systems and processes as requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyHigh degree of professionalismAbility to work as a team playerPro-active approach to problem recognition and resolution#LI-AS1 #LI-RemoteNote : This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
