We are a strong and growing credit union doing business in 24 southern Illinois counties with offices in Carbondale, Marion, Energy, Harrisburg and Metropolis. If you have the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external members, we would like to hear from you.
We currently have an opportunity available for a part-time E-Branch Agent in Carbondale.
What you'll do:
- Assist members as their first point of contact by phone and through online channels
- Create positive member experiences
- Build relationships with our community of members and employees
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma
- Two years related experience
- Great communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Enjoys helping others
Salary : $17 - $21
