Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Development Project Manager with a strong foundation in real estate and construction to join our team. This role will support the lead project manager in coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing property development projects from initial planning through to completion, supporting project timelines and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Collaborate one-on-one with contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals to communicate project requirements and solve on-site challenges.
- Utilize AutoCAD or Revit to review and update project drawings, making adjustments as needed in collaboration with the design team.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia building codes and permitting requirements, conducting research and providing updates on regulatory changes.
- Support budgeting and scheduling efforts by tracking expenses, managing project timelines, and reporting on key milestones.
