Job Summary
As a VIP Tour Guide at Six Flags Over Texas, you will be the face of our premier guest experience, providing exceptional service and creating memorable visits for our guests. This role requires a charismatic personality, extensive knowledge of the park, and the ability to handle various guest needs with professionalism and flair. In this part-time role, you will be scheduled 0-29 hours per week, with availability required on weekends and school holidays including spring break, summer break, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas break.
Duties & Responsibilities
Escort guests on tours of the park, providing a VIP experience which includes front of the line ride access, priority seating to select shows, and included meals, snacks, and soft drinks.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Six Flags Over Texas attractions, entertainment, dining options, and special events.
Ensure smooth operation of tours, including coordinating with various departments (e.g., Parking, Ride Operations, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage) to accommodate guest needs.
Stay updated on park changes to provide accurate and current information to guests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to enhance their overall park experience.
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Represent the Six Flags Over Texas brand positively and professionally, upholding the parks image and values.
Maintain accurate records of tour activities and guest preferences.
Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve service delivery and knowledge.
Willingness to assist in other roles within the Guest Services department including, but not limited to, Parking, Park Entry, Ticket Sales, and Guest Relations.

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure when working with high-profile individuals.
Proven experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a theme park or high-end hospitality environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and late nights.
Must be able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, work in high places, and safely lift 60 pounds.
Be punctual and have a good attendance record.
Be receptive to a pay rate of $14.00 per hour plus tips.
