What are the responsibilities and job description for the Character Performer $14/HR position at Six Flags St. Louis?
Provide first class entertainment to guests of all ages by dressing as a Costumed Character throughout the season. Applicants must attend the audition being held on Saturday February 22nd. Registration will begin at 10am on the date of the audition.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be willing to act as an escort for Costume Characters at designated times
- Maintain character costume (clean, mend, brush)
- Adhere to and maintain all WB Licensing Regulations and Standards
- Attend special events inside and outside the park (promotions, photo shoots, etc.) this includes helping prepare by packing characters and equipment
- Meet and greet guests (shake hands, give hugs, dance)
- Support and promote guest first philosophy
- Maintain a regular prompt attendance record
- Must adhere to grooming code standards
- Assist with other tasks and duties as deemed necessary.
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Should be between the heights of 4’11” and 5’10”
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must have good conversation skills
- Must fit all WB Licensing Standards
- Must possess an outgoing and positive personality
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to maintain high energy while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
