What are the responsibilities and job description for the DATA ENTRY CLERK position at Six Flags St. Louis?
Summary of Job : Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into different Human Resources platforms. Ensures accurate information is entered for hiring and payroll purposes, and working with individuals for any updates as necessary. Must be 18 years or older and available to work 5 days a week Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with hours varying between 8am-6pm depending on HR Operating hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Inputting data from physical forms into digital spreadsheets and HCM systems
Accurate record keeping and organization
Update team member information in the HCM system
Ensure all data is being stored safely
Communicate and collaborate with park leadership on any changes
Understand and execute I9 hiring process
Assist with the Work and Travel program administration
Assist in other areas of Human Resources
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum Age : 18
Valid Drivers License is required
Must be available to work weekends.
Have strong verbal and written skills and attention to detail
Have computer knowledge with different programs
Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
