Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Facilitate move-ins and coordinate housing information
Collect, record, and maintain information on the work and travel participants arrival / departure.
Assist with answering questions from the work and travel participants via in-person, email and phone
Work with departments to ensure proper placement and training
Verify and process the work and travel participants paperwork
Track the work and travel participants worked hours to comply with Corporate standards
Calculate, key, and track housing deductions and deposits
Perform occasional housing inspections
Facilitate monthly cultural experiences for the work and travel participants
Assist with coordinating transportation for the work and travel participants
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum Age : 18
Must have a valid Drivers License
Looking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8 : 30am-7 : 30pm. Weekends are a must.
Have strong verbal and written skills.
Have computer knowledge with different programs
Be able to pay attention to details
Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
