Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate housing and move-in logistics for work and travel participants.
- Maintain accurate records of participants' arrival and departure times.
- Provide assistance and answer inquiries from participants via in-person, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper job placement and training.
- Verify and process all required paperwork for participants.
- Track participants' worked hours to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Calculate, enter, and monitor housing deductions and deposits.
- Conduct occasional inspections of housing accommodations.
- Organize and facilitate monthly cultural experiences for participants.
- Help coordinate transportation for work and travel participants.
