Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor productivity of labor force utilizing the workforce management system, reporting, and dashboards while providing feedback to operating divisions and managers on where over scheduling as well as under scheduling.
- Responsible for running daily financial reports.
- Build productive relationships with key partners across various fields such as Ops Finance, Revenue Planning, and Financial Reporting.
- Develop an understanding of the business through objective financial analysis and proactively share insights with partners and leadership.
- Evaluate current processes, make recommendations for improvements, and implement those improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- Experience with internal financial and accounting processes including LTP, Monthly Forecasts, and Month-End/Quarter-End Close.
- Exceptional partnering and relationship-building skills across various areas and levels.
- Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly, incorporating storytelling techniques.
- Strong experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Longview, and SAP.
- Proven analytical and strategic-thinking skills with close attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Open to college students pursuing a degree.
