YOUR DAY AS A BOOKKEEPER - INVENTORY MANAGER
Your mornings will start by reconciling financial transactions, ensuring that customer payments, supplier invoices, and expenses are accurately recorded in QuickBooks. You'll review bank and credit card statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments to vendors. As the day progresses, you'll prepare financial reports, analyze profit and loss statements, and collaborate with leadership to maintain financial health.
Beyond bookkeeping, you'll oversee inventory management, making sure that our parts department is well-stocked and organized. You'll conduct inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with vendors to order and receive parts efficiently. Whether verifying shipments, negotiating with suppliers, or assisting technicians with parts allocation, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our shop running like a well-oiled machine. By the afternoon, you'll shift focus to facility management-tracking equipment maintenance schedules, arranging vendor services, and ensuring our shop remains in top shape.
BOOKKEEPER - INVENTORY MANAGER: YOUR SCHEDULE
Your workweek will run Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM-giving you three-day weekends to recharge. This is a full-time, onsite bookkeeping role where your presence will be key to keeping operations running at peak efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A BOOKKEEPER - INVENTORY MANAGER
- Quickbooks proficiency
- Solid math and critical thinking
- Ability to type 40 WPM and use 10-key
Experience with accounting and computer programs (Windows) is preferred. The ability to learn new programs quickly is also a plus.
