In this hybrid role, you will blend Scrum Master best practices with Product Management responsibilities. As the Scrum Master, you’ll guide and support Agile teams through all stages of the development cycle—removing roadblocks, facilitating ceremonies, and championing continuous improvement. Simultaneously, as the Product Operations Manager, you’ll define product strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to set the vision and roadmap, and ensure the product meets market needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• 1. Scrum Master Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, product backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments : Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth flow of work.
• Promote Agile Best Practices : Coach team members on Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor sprint health, team velocity, and other key metrics to optimize delivery.
• 2. Product Management Responsibilities
• Product Vision & Strategy : Define, articulate, and maintain a clear product vision that aligns with both customer needs and business goals.
• Requirement Definition : Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• UX-Centric Development : Leverage user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to evolve the product offering.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
