We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Demo & Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in showcasing the capabilities of SIXPAC’s software to prospective customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, and providing top-notch support to resolve customer inquiries. This is a full-time, in-office position offering an exciting opportunity to work directly with diverse businesses while helping them succeed with our software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized business personas within the SIXPAC software to demonstrate how our platform meets the unique needs of various business types (e.g., gyms, yoga studios, personal training centers).
  • Present engaging, tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits relevant to their operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine demo strategies and materials for maximum impact.

Customer Onboarding & Training

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of the software into their daily operations.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers, empowering them to use the platform effectively and maximize its value.
  • Work closely with customers to customize the software to meet their specific requirements.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot software-related problems and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate feedback and identify opportunities for software improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software demonstrations, onboarding, or customer support (preferably in SaaS or tech-related industries).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and communicate complex software features effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
