Rental Sales Agent / Assistant Branch Manager Trainee

Sixt rent a car is looking for outgoing, highly motivated, and professional individuals who are driven for success. The applicant will be responsible for exhibiting exceptional customer service skills, along with in-depth product knowledge while delivering a superior, friendly, and efficient rental experience. Executing all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers is paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement
• Advise on and sell optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs
• Advise as an expert on all vehicles in the Sixt fleet, all protection items, and all extras
• Make expert recommendations and present every product to every customer every time
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
• Meet all sales and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
• Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelors degree
• Exceptional professionalism and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Work a flexible schedule including weekend hours
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain top customer service
• Computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Responsibilities may include delivering and cleaning vehicles
• Work location is Springfield, MA
• $15.5 - $16.5 per hour, plus bonus and commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
