Account Payables Clerk

The Finance Department is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor by providing timely and accurate support of accounting operations while satisfying internal control and audit requirements.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Process Chargebacks: You will ensure timely and accurate handling of all chargebacks
• Resolve Customer Issues: You will address and resolve customer disputes efficiently
• Corporate Account Management: You will collaborate with Germany AP Department to manage corporate accounts
• Payment Coordination: You will work with Germany AP Department to confirm payments are booked and cleared
• Support AR Operations: You will perform accounting and clerical tasks to assist the AP Supervisor
• Customer Relationship Management: You will serve as the primary contact for AP, maintaining strong customer and corporate relationships

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Work Schedule: Ability to work 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required
• Additional Languages: Fluency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, or other languages is a plus
