Sixt is looking for a Fleet Coordination and Logistics Specialist to coordinate all vehicle logistics, manage vendor relations, and implement process improvements. The Fleet Coordination and Logistics Specialist will also be responsible for facilitating projects that are logistics-related in other key areas within the department.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You coordinate vehicle transportation and maintain and organize transport orders
- You provide updates on vehicle movements and transfers
- You monitor and follow up on timely completion of transport orders
- You improve transport related processes
- You negotiate service levels, pricing, contracts, etc.
- You perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 1-2 years of experience in Logistics- Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications : Word and Excel
- Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
- Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
