Sixt Rent a Car is a global leader in mobility solutions offering premium services and innovative experiences to customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Administrator to support our Project Management Team and Director in executing construction and renovation projects. This role is essential to ensuring project efficiency financial accountability and adherence to SIXTs standards.
The Construction Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Team and Director assisting with budget preparation project tracking and document management. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You provide administrative support by managing project documentation including contracts schedules permits and change orders.
- You assist in budget and financial management including preparing budget requests tracking expenditures and processing POs and invoices.
- You coordinate project communication by scheduling meetings distributing agendas and following up on action items.
- You track project progress by monitoring schedules deliverables and generating regular status reports
- You ensure compliance with SIXTs branding operational standards local regulations and financial tracking policies.
- You serve as the primary point of contact for projectrelated inquiries including RFIs submittals and other issues.
