The Regional Quality Managers primary responsibility is to support Operations in delivering excellent customer service. This is based on efficient process management and the implementation of internal and external standards. The position is based in Denver or Dallas and requires frequent travel within the defined region including branch days at our Central region airports.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You drive a customercentric culture in your assigned region and ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- You analyze operational and customer service data to identify trends root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- You prepare and deliver clear actionable insights and recommendations to supervisors and senior management through detailed reports and presentations.
- You perform regular onsite branch visits to check for compliance in defined region.
- You create and develop of quality relevant processes and lead quality relevant projects.

Global operations development is the central interface between the global SIXT station network and the SIXT campus in Pullach near Munich. The teams aim is to inspire customers by continuously identifying potential improvements and sustainably increasing efficiency of the rental process. Optimisation potential in the station network is identified through targeted analysis benchmarking and best practice exchanges and implemented in crossdepartmental and international projects. In addition to the planning execution and implementation there are regularly reviews to check the implementation and application of the measures through targeted control of the results.
