- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and any additional languages as needed (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus).
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
