We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with product information, order processing, and service-related questions.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and any additional languages as needed (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus).
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
  • Proficient in data entry and comfortable using office software and computerized systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
