Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment, including airless paint spraying systems.
- Apply powder coatings evenly and consistently to achieve desired finishes.
- Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal adhesion and durability of coatings.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the assembly of coated parts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
