We are a growing construction company specializing in pile driving (timber, steel, helical piling), shoring and earth retention, structural lifting and moving, demolition, and foundation work. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With experience in foundations and piling, and familiarity with managing self-performed crews, you will play a key role in our operations. Our customers primarily include general contractors, builders, and developers.

You’ll typically manage 7–12 projects at a time, ranging from a few days to a few months, as part of a team overseeing 50 active projects and coordinating with 12–15 crews.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Interpret and work with detailed construction drawings.
• Monitor budgets, job costing, and contract administration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage change orders, documentation, and procurement of materials.
• Supervise and schedule in-house crews, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers, reviewing revisions and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Prepare estimates and create change orders as needed.

• 5 years of residential, commercial, or deep foundation construction experience as a superintendent or project manager.
• Strong knowledge of piling, deep foundations, structural lifting/moving, foundations, and structural repairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and construction management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to work well in a team environment.
