Job description
Experienced painter with 3 years experience in interior and exterior painting. Spraying experience is a plus. Pay is based on experience and performance.
Duties
- Prep job sites with plastic, paper, tape, drop cloths, etc.
- Move and setup ladders of various sizes.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment to achieve a smooth finish.
- Install fixtures and ensure proper caulking around edges for a professional finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ability to safely operate mobile elevated work platforms: boom lifts, articulating lifts, scissor lifts.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation!
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Experience with airless paint spraying equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of caulking methods and fixture installation practices.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions on construction sites.
- Must be able to work at heights when needed. Ladders, lifts, scaffolding, etc
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
