What you will do:
As our Automated Control Systems Field Service Technician, you will help the Operations Teams by providing service and modifications to water and wastewater control systems. You will ensure successful startup of systems that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water! This position works in our Madison, WI location.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be to respond to service calls as well as perform startup and modifications to water and wastewater control systems. You will work with contractors and end-users on system de-bugging and commissioning including electrical/mechanical, programming/software, instrument calibration and system interconnections to other devices or systems. You will work with a team to ensure understanding of the products and establish project schedules. You will travel in Wisconsin and bordering states. The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience troubleshooting electrical control systems, reading schematic designs, and working with computers. A 2-year technical degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
