Job Summary
SJI is a family owned, full service jewelry store located in northwest Las Vegas. We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated part-time jewelry sales and repair service consultant. You must be able to work with a small, close-knit team and have strong people skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create a memorable experience for customers
- Present merchandise to customers
- Advise customers on value, quality, and style of jewelry and watches
- Inspect and clean customers jewelry
- Take-in jewelry and watch repairs
- Help customers redesign and custom make jewelry
- Help maintain floor standards and general appearance
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift and flexible shifts
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required
- Communicate well with coworkers and customers
- Understand the basic sales principles and customer service practices
