The Role
Reporting directly to the COO, this pivotal position is responsible for developing and executing a clear site strategy that aligns with the company’s overarching business objectives. The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record of successfully taking ownership and accountability for all site functions within technically complex operations. Other key requirements include :
- The business currently supplies to the biotech, aerospace, medical, automotive, and semiconductor industries.
- A strong engineering background, which is essential due to the technical nature of the operations and management of the R&D department.
- Experience of managing within regulated environments, ideally to ISO13485 standards.
- Expertise in fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the development of both people and processes.
- The ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
