Role and Responsibilities :

Equipment and Construction

• Contract for General Service / Construction (Plant Level) ? Labor Service for manufacturing line / facilities as needed at the best price from reliable sources, consistent with established standards for quality, quantity and SK requirements.
• Support global -based efforts to drive effective procurement of indirect categories (e.g. Local / Global, 1. Construction, General Service contracts, 2. Equipment ( Spare Parts) etc.)
• Own the procurement process and support for various procurement functions such as strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor file management, and assist staff in drafting of requests for proposals, specifications, terms of refence, evaluation criteria and sole source justifications.
• Prepare a voucher for all purchased items and construction, service contract as per progressive payment condition.
• Able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ensured assigned service suppliers are meeting agreed upon service requirements as per contract
• Able to work overtime and flexibility for conferring with co-worker and vendors located globally
