Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to oversee office management and provide high-level administrative support. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, maintaining communication with the corporate headquarters, coordinating various administrative tasks, and supporting the President of North America with a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • nt:Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshi

  • ort:Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangeme

  • ison:Act as the primary point of contact between the office and headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and timely repor

Skill and Qualif

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent e
  • xperience.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering en
  • vironment.Korean language (written a
  • nd verbal)Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple p
  • riorities.Strong written and verbal communicati
  • on skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management
  • software.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
  • abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced en
  • vironment.Knowledge of project management tools
