Production Formation / Module Team Lead - Plant 1

Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing your primary work area using 4Ms of leadership (Man, Method, Material and Machine)
• Lea your team by example in a professional manner
• Teach / train team members, company rules, guidelines, job expectations
• Conduct your work in an ethical and trustworthy manner
• The ability to effectively communicate with people of other cultures, positions, management level is paramount for this position
• Assist area supervisor with daily production management activities.

Skill and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Solid organization skills
• 2 years computer related experience
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment (preferred) or 2 years of leadership experience
• Required: 6 months relevant department experience or Level 2 Skill Attainment in relevant department (with the ability to complete training within 60 days)
• Maximum of (4) Attendance points at time of Posting
• Maximum of (4) Citation points at time of posting (Consideration of citations will be evaluated on a case by case basis)
• 6 months experience with MS Excel
