Position Overview
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will play a critical role in the initial phase of a semiconductor project by establishing strong client relationships, securing beneficial agreements, and overseeing project coordination. This role requires deep industry experience, strategic planning skills, and the ability to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Project Planning & Execution – Assist in structuring project frameworks and securing advantageous agreements in the early project stages.
✅ Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
✅ Contract & Deal Management – Negotiate and secure beneficial terms for project agreements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
✅ Strategic Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress.
✅ Industry Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure project operations adhere to semiconductor industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ 10 years of experience in the semiconductor factory industry.
✔ Strong background in project management, deal structuring, and client relationship management.
✔ Ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate contracts and agreements.
✔ Experience managing early-stage project planning and execution in semiconductor environments.
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with global teams and stakeholders.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related fields preferred.
✔ Eligibility to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship available for selected candidates).
✔ Willingness to relocate to Indiana and travel as needed.
