Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning various units and homes that have been vacated. Some units will have been renovated and will need to ensure that all areas are hygienic and presentable.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
