We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at SK Food Group Inc.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, company-employee communications, and benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
- Coordinating employment applications and other employment activities.
- Providing support for employee inquiries and maintaining employee files.
- Compiling data from personnel records and preparing reports, such as the OSHA 300 and others.
- Maintaining reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
- Assisting with administration of policies, procedures, programs, and benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certification preferred.
