Job Overview:
Provide first-line technical support to employees and customers, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems via phone, email, or on-site. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and respond to help desk in a timely manner.
- Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repairs with vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies during system upgrades.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a global company.
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
- Previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
