What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Specialist position at Zotec Partners?
- Provide desk side, remote and virtual client support to internal employees
- Perform hands-on technical upgrades and deployments
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met for each support ticket
- Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices as needed
- Participate in various system upgrades and maintenance
- Assist IT Asset Manager with asset management activities including, but not limited to, updating and administering the company asset management database
- Participate in decommissioning and disposal of IT Assets
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving with attentiveness to detail
- 2-4 years’ experience in the support of desktop related equipment and application programs
- Windows desktop/ laptop; Printer, Scanner, Apple iPhone and tablet troubleshooting experience required
- Active Directory / User management experience required
- Laptop / Desktop Imaging– Microsoft SCCM experience preferred
- Thin Client configuration management – Intune / Citrix experience preferred
