Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support, communicates with candidates, arranges job interviews and documents, updates candidate information, works with hiring managers, assists new employees in onboarding, and ensures hiring procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Source technical and non-technical roles by utilizing job boards and social networks & track processes through ATS.
- Assist the Corporate Recruiter with screening candidates and applications.
- Schedule and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for on-site & video-call interviews.
- Identify key candidate factors such as significant gaps, irrelevant experience, and employment history to filter the candidate pool.
- Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, following up to keep your candidates in the loop and maintaining lasting relationships.
- Onboarding Process – Handle new employee welcome emails, retrieve new hire equipment from IT on the first day of hire, and act as a backup for orientation presentations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Work Experience Requirement: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business/Human Resources Management or a related course of study
- Strong skills in networking, both face-to-face and through social media
- Superb communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Self-motivation, an outgoing personality, and a high degree of professionalism
- Demonstrated success against targeted objectives
Compensation:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is base $70,000 - $85,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
