The company operates Agronomy, Propane, Refined Fuels and Wholesale divisions as well as retail Country Store locations in Washington and Montana. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as a first point of contact for visitors to the Main Office
- Operate a multi-line telephone system
- Provide answers to customer inquiries about their accounts, the company and its services
- Process and balancing daily paperwork and deposits
- Process accounts receivable payments, monthly credit card reconciliations and daily deposits
- Visit other local businesses (e.g. bank, post office, office supply stores, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Exhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skills
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationships
- Practice punctual and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office or Demonstrate basic computer skills, including navigating websites and receiving/sending emails
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an emphasis on calculating figures and amounts
- Proven track record of being dependable and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds
- Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years’ experience performing general administrative duties
- Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE
Full time, 40 hours per week position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualified applicants must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$22.00 - $27.00/hour.
