Job Description
We are currently seeking an Automotive Car Biller/Title Clerk. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure proper billing of all new and used vehicles sold
- Post sales & finance commissions
- Process all payments received on deals daily
- Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completion
- Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution
- Generate and maintain commission schedules, report to payroll in a timely manner
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
- Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions
- General admin office work and some title clerk duties
- Assists with other projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience
- Proficient with 10-key as well as Excel and Office 365
- Must be organized and able to perform duties in a time sensitive environment to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those in the workplace, including customers
Skills
- -Accuracy with data entry
- -Experience in office accounting, including A/P, A/R, journal entries
- -Proficiency in working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- -Good punctuality and attendance
- -Dress appropriately for a professional office atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
