This position will be responsible for clinical management of follow up and post hospitalization patients, patient education, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues.
This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
Qualifications :
2-4 years of practice experience. Nephrology experience highly preferred.
Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license.
The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits :
Base Salary range : $119,910-133,656 DOE, plus RVU for an opportunity to exceed your base.
