Front Desk Dental Office Patient Coordinator

Our dental practice is looking for a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office! Competitive hourly wage dependent on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and handle claims coordination
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments to keep the calendar full
- Collect payments and discuss financial options with patients
- Coordinate treatment plans with specialists and ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, bubbly, professional, and upbeat personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to make small talk and carry a conversation
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting
- Experience with dental insurance verification and patient scheduling (preferred)
- Familiarity with dental software (a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Dental, healthcare, or front office experience preferred but not required
