The company is seeking an experienced Credit Supervisor with a customer-focused approach, outstanding communication skills and a desire to grow skills and experience. This position is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivables and requires excellent relationship and customer service skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with and report directly to the Credit Manager.
- Evaluate and maintain processes and procedures to analyze accounts and establish appropriate credit limits and approval / denial guidelines, communicating effectively with customers regarding account applications and credit decisions.
- Maintain customer database and develop necessary reports for decision making.
- Analyze and manage past due accounts, implementing collection procedures based on management strategy.
- Effective customer communication regarding accounts receivable status, including the investigation and resolution of billing disputes.
- Develop, train and monitor performance of credit staff to accomplish the required job responsibilities.
- Implement new ideas, solutions and techniques for a variety of credit challenges.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships throughout the company to ensure credit management needs are being met.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information.
- Practice punctual and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full time, in person, salaried position, typically Monday – Friday. Travel is occasionally required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
