The Proposal Manager enforces corporate branding standards at all times and protects the branding requirements of our partners and subcontractors as well. This position is responsible for the independent development and production of qualifications, proposals, award submittals, presentation materials, and other various proposal and marketing related collateral. The Proposal Manager oversees, directs, and QCs the work of Proposal Coordinators and/or Proposal Administrators assigned to their SOQ or proposal efforts.

Proposal Manager Required Qualifications:
      • 6 Years of prior marketing experience in construction and/or engineering industry in a similar capacity desired.
      • Proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation, and other marketing related software including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), MS Office Suite, Sharepoint, FTP sites, video conference/sharing, and other marketing-related applications.
      • Four-year Business or Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction and/or engineering industry in a similar capacity desired.
