Skar Audio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience and driving organizational success.
This dynamic position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including recruiting top talent, managing time-off requests, overseeing performance reviews, facilitating employee relations, and coordinating training and development programs. Additionally, the HR Generalist will handle key aspects of employee onboarding, offboarding, and the general support of management.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary: $72,500 - $80,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in sourcing, recruiting, engaging, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top-tier talent across all roles to support Skar Audio’s growth.
- Manage and optimize the recruitment and onboarding processes, leveraging ATS/HRIS systems to create a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, counseling, and exit interviews.
- Conduct market research on roles to ensure Skar Audio is positioned as an employer of choice for top talent.
- Collaborate with employees at all levels to address performance issues and clarify expectations.
- Administer and improve company-wide initiatives related to employee benefits, including 401(k) and future offerings.
- Provide oversight and guidance on payroll operations, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
- Ensure strict confidentiality with sensitive or private information.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying current with HR and employment law changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a prior Human Resources role.
- Proficiency in recruiting, including experience with recruiting platforms, ATS, and HRIS systems.
- Proficient in computer skills and cloud-based applications, including spreadsheets, documents, and similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
