Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintaining of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll records
- Record financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries, into the accounting system
- Ensure all financial data is properly classified, categorized, and reconciled
- Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Present financial reports and analysis to management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software and MS Office/Google Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in handling financial information
- Willingness to stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, laws, and best practices through professional development and training opportunities
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
