We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves supporting our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities within the company.
Duties
- Manage and organize files to ensure all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy to support various departments.
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
