Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily Internet sales activity.
- Recruitment and manage sales staff .
- Creates cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
The ideal candidate must have a strong management background.
- Must have at least 2 years of successful experience at a franchised or independent dealership
- Proven ability to increase sales and manage employees.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand vehicle deal structure and finance are requirements for success.
